What to expect during your cruise?
What to Expect...
First off, you can expect to have a great time as you travel along the Intracoastal Waterway!
The Intracoastal Waterway is protected from the elements, so your ride will be smooth and comfortable, even on a breezy day.
Board the MAJESTIC PRINCESS after checking in with the crew member at the gangway. Once on board, you will be escorted to your reserved table. You’ll have time to explore the MAJESTIC PRINCESS prior to departure and take advantage of our fully stocked service bar.
You may sit outside on the spacious sundeck and enjoy a relaxing drink, or retreat to the climate-controlled lower level for a spectacular meal.
What to Bring...
Bring a light jacket or sweater, as it can sometimes be cooler on the water than on land. Wear comfortable shoes, as you will be exploring the boat thoroughly during your cruise.
The sun is usually more intense on the water than on land, so be sure to include sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat.
You’ll want to remember every minute of your adventure, so remember to bring a camera to capture images of Florida as well as the million-dollar homes and yachts along the way.

For a large group, call us as soon as possible. Individuals and small groups should try to book within seven (7) days for our public cruises. Reservations are accepted up to two (2) days prior to sailing depending upon availability. We recommend calling as early as possible, especially for special cruises such as Mother's Day, Father's Day, July 4th, New Years Eve, and all other holidays.

We are sorry, but all unused tickets are non-refundable.
Do I pay gratuity or is it included in the ticket price?
The ticket price does include gratuity but not on the beverages purchased. If you would like to offer a tip, they are always greatly appreciated; 15-20% is the standard gratuity for excellent service.
Is the MAJESTIC PRINCESS handicap accessible?
Yes, our main boarding deck is handicap accessible and our crew is available for assistance. Please communicate any special needs when making your reservation.
Is seating pre-assigned?
Yes. As you board, a crew member will direct you to your assigned table(s). Your group will be seated together in the same section; however, there may be other parties surrounding your group.
What should I wear?
For evening cruises, appropriate attire is casual to dressy. Men traditionally wear sport shirts, slacks and sport coats, with or without ties. Women wear dresses or nice pants. We do not recommend T-shirts, jeans, shorts, or sneakers in the evening. Afternoon cruises are more relaxed, so casual attire is fine.
